HOW TO BECOME A FRANCHISEE?

Franchise Conditions

  • One time franchise fee of $30,000
  • Existing franchise locations: $ 800,000
  • Projected cost for new builds : $1,200.000 - $1,600.000 (3,500 - 5,000 square feet)
  • Royally fee 5% of gross sales.
  • National Advertising Fund 2% of gross sales.
  • Local advertising 1% of gross sales.

Conditions to be met by a franchisee

  • Locations across North America
  • Trade area of minimum 75,000 population
  • Shopping centers, entertainment centers, free standing buildings in power centers, street locations
  • Urban and suburban locations as well as downtown corridor
  • 4,500 – 5,500 square feet with patio
  • High visibility with adequate signage
  • New builds or retro fit
