Nikolaos Giannakopoulos is an award-winning executive chef and culinary entrepreneur with over 40 years of experience in the industry. Recognized in Europe by the BGFA in 2007 as "The Best Youngest Chef" and "The Best Youngest Pastry Chef", he has led the creation of innovative restaurant concepts and managed multiple establishments in Montreal.
